Father's Day and the Child Who Wasn't
It will be Father’s Day on Sunday, June 21st, 2020. As a transgender woman, I have to readily admit that I am a father. I provided the sperm for five children, I did not carry them. I did not give birth to them. A cruel joke that has left me unable to experience those things that I have longed for all my life, pregnancy, childbirth, & motherhood.
